Ozanam Inn is completely donor supported having an annual budget of $600,000.00.  Over half of these donations are made by individuals.

Since Hurricane Katrina the New Orleans donor base has been severely reduced, however the services provided by the Inn and the associated expenses have not reduced. 

Individual donations are needed more than ever to allow Ozanam Inn to continue its mission.

BEQUESTS to the Ozanam Inn

Bequests are a welcome source of support for the Ozanam Inn of New Orleans. They have always been treasured as a heartfelt gift from people who want to leave a legacy to offer hope and a path to independence for the homeless in our community. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, bequests allowed the Inn to keep operating at its full capacity and continue to be important to our financial stability. Please consult your attorney about your different options for making a charitable bequest to the Ozanam Inn of New Orleans at the same time that you consider the needs of your family and your other favorite charities.
