Ozanam Inn is proud to be a part of the Tricentennial celebration focused on volunteerism in our city.
In conjunction with the upcoming New Orleans Tricentennial, the 2018 NOLA Foundation and its Community Engagement Committee – in partnership with United Way of Southeast Louisiana, HandsOn New Orleans and NetWork Volunteers – is hosting the city’s Tricentennial volunteer challenge, 300,000 Hours for the Next 300.
The challenge aims to engage residents and tourists through 300 unique volunteer projects to accumulate 300,000 hours of service over the course of 2018. Projects will focus on addressing issues of equity, resilience and public safety throughout the city.
We thank all of the partners who worked so hard to create this initiative and for allowing us to be a part of the event. A big thanks to all of the volunteers who are participating, as well.
